We are a locally owned real estate and property management company specializing in managing residential properties for small to mid-sized investors.  We currently manage nearly 300 dwelling units in over 150 properties.  Nearly half of the properties we manage are single family detached homes.  We primarily serve the Alle-Kiski Valley area including properties and clients in Westmoreland, Allegheny, Armstrong and Indiana Counties.  Our investors include those with small to large portfolios of properties as well as many who simply own one investment property.
