Chris Rearick, Owner and Broker

Chris has been a licensed real estate agent for over twenty years, with ongoing experience in real estate sales in the Pittsburgh region, namely in the east and north, including Alle-Kiski Valley.

As a licensed broker, Chris oversees the operations of the agency, acts as a property manager, listing agent, and prepares Broker Price Opinions.  Chris also has a continuing background in municipal management and planning and zoning.  Chris is a member of the National Association of Realtors and maintains certification with the American Institue of Certified Planners.

Adriene Jozefczyk, Office Manager and Agent

Adriene has been with Local Level and S&S Real Estate, our predecessor company in Vandergrift, since 2017.  She is a licensed real estate salesperson and also serves as our Office Manager.  She provides day-to-day customer service and property management matter.  Adriene is also available to serve as your buyer or listing agent.

Jen Baker, Customer Service and Office Administrator

Jen has a history of customer service and continues that service with Local Level by fielding tenant and owner issues, assisting with the inspection units and processing rents and bills.
